Miletsones // 02 // two month update

Elijah hit two months on March 10th and the best thing in his development thus far is his smile. We can't get enough of it! He smiles most for Steven, and I don't blame the kid. At his two month appointment he measured in the 65th percentile in height and the 50th percentile in weight (you can be surprised, we're surprised too) and he was a pro during his vaccinations. Here's a little more of what's been going on...

First time meeting Jaden. 2/1/2015

First time meeting Hannah. 2/1/2015

First time on the UofA campus. 2/6/2015

And let's not forget my milestones, which are equally worth celebrating. This was the first time I put on jeans in nearly 4 months! And although they didn't actually button, they got over my new hips (which deserve their own "wide load" sign). 2/6/2015
{Now if only my belly button would ever pop back in (I think it's stretched beyond repair, I guess it'll just match my millions of stretch marks).}

Elijah turns 1 month old! 2/10/2015

First family photos. 2/13/2015

Elijah went on his first airplane ride when the three of us flew to Boston, Massachusetts. And I nursed in public for the first time. Both felt monumental, and both were successful. At the end of our return flight (from Boston to Phoenix) a lady who had been sitting two rows in front of us announced upon seeing Elijah that she "had no idea there was a baby on the flight!"

First flight, to Boston. 2/14/2015

First time seeing a dinosaur. 2/16/2015

Just kidding he never saw the dinosaur, he slept the whole time. 2/16/2015

In the airport waiting for our return flight to Phoenix. 2/18/2015

First time watching an animal give birth. 2/19/2015

First really good smiling session with daddy. 2/25/2015

First road trip, to Henderson, Nevada for another graduate program interview. 3/4/2015

Elijah turns 2 months old! 3/10/2015

First blowout where we actually just threw away the onesie. It got worse after the picture was taken. 3/10/2015

First shots, two in the right leg and one in the left. He was super cuddly the rest of the day, and I was not complaining. 3/11/2015

First trip to the zoo. [Reid Park Zoo in Tucson, AZ] 3/12/2015
